I had a fantastic experience with Steve Harmon and Harmon Plumbing Services. The customer service was exceptional!! They went above and beyond to help me with our hot water heater issue, resolving it quickly and professionally. They were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company for their outstanding service.

Anthony and his assistant were an amazing team. They were efficient while at the same time giving meticulous attention to each item installed. (a garbage disposal, new kitchen faucet, and two toilets) They checked carefully to be sure each item was functioning properly with no leaks. They were polite and very careful to prevent any damage to flooring during installation. They also took away the old items and all of the packaging. This is the second large job they have done for me, and I have been very pleased both times. (previously they installed a new water heater). I would highly recommend Harmon Plumbing for all plumbing needs.

We have relied on and trusted Harmon Plumbing for all our plumbing needs and have known Steve for decades. He and his staff are very responsive, friendly and thorough. We just had an issue with our 12+ year old tankless water heater. They responded quickly, provided all the details and options we needed to make our decision to have it replaced which they then completed by the very next day. Harmon Plumbing was sent by Home Serve for our plumbing issue with our toilet.They gave us a quick schedule and came promptly to address and correct the problem. They gave us Technician was prompt, courteous and professional.We will use them again and let HomeServe that we recommend that they schedule our plumbing needs with then first.

My water heater failed on a Friday and Harmon was able to send workers out very quickly. The team was very polite, diagnosed the problem very fast, and repaired the heater immediately, already having the appropriate parts with them. Based on all of this I would highly recommend them!

Steve and Roberto arrived within the time frame I was scheduled and were very professional! Both plumbers were knowledgeable and got to work right away! My Family and I are extremely pleased with the service we received and will call on Harmon Plumbing again in the future!
